Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Within 30 Days

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, obtain a Return for Merchandise Authorization (“RMA) by clicking here.

Once we receive and inspect your RMA form, we will send you an e-mail notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. We must authorize your return and have an RMA number to accept a return. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, and the product must be received by ComputerSupplies.com within that time frame. Please note that the RMA number(s) will not be extended or reissued, and must be displayed prominently on the shipping label of the box(es) containing the return(s).

Shipping Returned Items

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed against your account on all returns for refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed. You will have 15 days from the date of receiving your RMA to return the item to us and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within 30 days.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary upon where you are located.

You are responsible for shipping returned products and any associated costs, including risk of loss, and agree to use reputable carriers, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the shipment value. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You agree that all returned products will be in original re-saleable condition, complete, and include the original packaging material(s), manuals, warranty documentation, and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Any missing component(s) in a return will place the return outside the ComputerSupplies.com Return Policy, and give ComputerSupplies.com the sole and absolute discretion to reject the entire return, or charge additional fees against the customer for replacement of said missing component(s). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without having first received manufacturer approval.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Outside 30 Days?

We recognize that there are some extreme situations that do not fit into a 30-day time frame. We are happy to review individual cases to see how we can accommodate you based on your individual situation. Please e-mail customerservice@computersupplies.com for a determination on your individual case, and include:

  • Your receipt or proof of purchase;
  • A brief explanation as to the circumstances leading to the return being made outside the 30-day return period; and
  • A brief explanation as to why you are unsatisfied.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, please check your bank account first, and if it shows no refund was issued, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If neither your bank account or credit card show the refund, please contact your bank directly. Many banks have a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

If a product page notes an item as final sale, the item may not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
