Returns Policy

All products that are listed on ComputerSupplies.com are under warranty by their manufacturer. In the event of defective merchandise, ComputerSupplies.com will help you to our best capabilities to correct the problem. ComputerSupplies.com strives for excellence in our customer service and will process your return/replacement within 24 hours.

For consumable products such as ink and toner, you can forward all questions and concerns directly to ComputerSupplies.com. We will handle the return on behalf of the manufacturer. To return a consumable product, simply fill out the RMA form on our website and fax or email it to ComputerSupplies.com Customer Support.

For hardware items such as printers, monitors, etc, ComputerSupplies.com must refer you to the manufacturer for all returns. Please refer to documents packaged with your product for instructions to contact your manufacturer.

When returning the RMA form to ComputerSupplies.com please make sure that as much information about your order and return is included. Basic information such as order number, reason for return, contact information, and indication that the RMA is for a refund or replacement are required to process your return. In the event that we do not contact you within 24 hours of submittal please contact Customer Support at 1-866-210-1898 (M-F 9-5 PST)

Return Acceptance Policy

Things you should know before requesting a return from ComputerSupplies.com:

  1. All RMAs must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  2. ComputerSupplies.com will only accept an RMA for one of two reasons: a shipping error by ComputerSupplies.com and/or the product is deemed  "defective on arrival"
  3. For a return not covered by those two criteria, there will be a 15% restocking fee AND you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to ComputerSupplies.com
  4. All products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging
  5. Products such as inks and toners must be returned at least 70% full. Returns received with less shall NOT be considered a returnable item and will be charged their entire cost to your account.
  6. If a product is returned for a REFUND, the charges will be refunded to the credit card used to complete the original purchase.
  7. ComputerSupplies.com will ship a replacement product ONLY upon the arrival of the returned product.
  8. Discontinued items are not considered returnable items.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
