For consumable products such as ink and toner, you can forward all questions and concerns directly to ComputerSupplies.com. We will handle the return on behalf of the manufacturer. To return a consumable product, simply fill out the RMA form on our website and fax or email it to ComputerSupplies.com Customer Support.
For hardware items such as printers, monitors, etc, ComputerSupplies.com must refer you to the manufacturer for all returns. Please refer to documents packaged with your product for instructions to contact your manufacturer.
When returning the RMA form to ComputerSupplies.com please make sure that as much information about your order and return is included. Basic information such as order number, reason for return, contact information, and indication that the RMA is for a refund or replacement are required to process your return.
